This is a test.

Today is family day!
I got together with the family today and everyone seemed to get their share of attention. My brother's fiancee had her bridal shower, my parents are now back from sunny Florida (and have brought the good weather with them - well done!), and my sister and brother-in-law kept us entertained with my even-cuter 20-month old nephew.

Is it just me, or does my life seem to be the least interesting of everyone in my family. I'm going to have to work on that!

After a long absence from the blogging world, I've decided that the best way to keep my writing skills honed is to maintain a regular journal of my thoughts and obervations. And of course, I decided to put them all out there for the world to see. And what better time to start that right after April Fool's Day.
